  • Power cable & socket — try another cable and a known-good wall socket. Check the PSU switch (I/O) on the back.
  • PSU switch — ensure the voltage selector (if present) is set correctly.
  • Front-panel connector — a loose power-button header is a common cause.
  • PSU test — if fans do not spin at all, the power supply (SMPS) is the most likely culprit.
