10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Navghar Vasai repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Veriton M4690G architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Veriton M4690G — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401202 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai West, our service coverage extends across Navghar Vasai and all surrounding localities. In addition to Navghar Vasai, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Vasai Gaon, Papdy, Manickpur and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Veriton M4690G gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Navghar Vasai; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Veriton M4690G.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a cleaning job rather than a parts replacement, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
