Many "dead GPU" cases turn out to be heat, power or driver faults. We test before quoting, so you only pay for the fix your card actually needs.
Black screen, fans spinning
System powers on but the GPU output stays dark. We check the card, slot, PSU rails and BIOS output before calling the card dead.
Driver crashes and TDR errors
"Display driver stopped responding", black screen after a Windows update, games closing to desktop — fixed with clean driver and firmware installs.
Overheating and throttling
GPU temperatures in the 90s, loud fans, frame drops after a few minutes — thermal paste, pads and fan service.

When a soldered laptop GPU has failed we quote a motherboard replacement, not a reflow that fails again in a few months.

We do

- Desktop graphics card replacement and upgrades (NVIDIA GeForce / RTX, AMD Radeon), with power-supply and case-clearance checks
- Laptop GPU upgrades on models with a replaceable (MXM) module, and a straight answer when the model is soldered
- Thermal paste, thermal pads and fan replacement for overheating and throttling
- Driver and firmware repair for crashes, black screens and "driver stopped responding" errors
- Motherboard replacement when a laptop's soldered GPU has failed
We don't
- Chip-level GPU repair: BGA reballing, reflow or GPU chip swaps. We stopped offering this in September 2026 because the repairs did not last, and we would rather tell you that than take the money.
- Guess. If the fault is a cable, a monitor or a power supply, that is what you will be told.
The ₹350 inspection fee is refunded when you go ahead with the repair.

Yes. We diagnose graphics card and GPU faults on laptops and desktops, replace or upgrade desktop graphics cards, fix GPU overheating (thermal paste, pads, fans), repair driver and firmware faults, and upgrade laptop GPUs on models that allow it. What we do not do is chip-level GPU repair (BGA reballing or reflow) — that service was discontinued in September 2026 because reflowed chips fail again within months.
On most laptops the GPU is soldered to the motherboard. After diagnosis we quote a motherboard replacement with the same or a compatible board, or a thermal and fan service if the fault is heat-related. We do not sell a temporary reflow.
Diagnosis starts at ₹199. Desktop graphics card replacement, thermal service, fan replacement, driver fixes and GPU upgrades are priced per job — the full list on this page runs from ₹199 to ₹8,999. You get a written quote after the inspection, and the ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you go ahead with the repair.

Several of these are driver or heat problems rather than a dead card, which is why we test before quoting.
Only a minority of laptops (some gaming and workstation models with MXM modules) have a replaceable GPU. We check your exact model first; if it is soldered, we advise on an external GPU or a desktop upgrade instead of charging for work that cannot be done.
