If you are looking for Acer Veriton M4690G repair in Balkum that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Acer bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Acer boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Veriton M4690G — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400608 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Ghodbunder Road, our service coverage extends across Balkum and all surrounding localities. In addition to Balkum, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Majiwada, Thane, Thane West and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Veriton M4690G gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Balkum; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Veriton M4690G.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we run a stress test alongside thermal imaging to confirm whether artifacts or crashes are a genuine GPU fault versus a cooling or driver issue, since those three causes look very similar on the surface but need completely different fixes.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Balkum need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Acer. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Uncertain about the issue with your Acer? Prior to starting any issue, Xigox performs a thorough diagnostic check. The ₹350 inspection fee, it is 100% refunded if you proceed with the repair. Our local experts will show you the broken part in plain English so you can make an informed decision.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Balkum? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — your Acer is delivered back to your Balkum address fully tested.
