10 questions answered
Xigox handles Acer Aspire Gaming Laptop Battery Replacement for all major brands in Thane, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Microsoft, Samsung and Toshiba — and many more. No brand or model is too complex — we repair them all. Our service covers the full 400601 postal area in Thane.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Thane. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
We accept all major payment methods for Acer Aspire Gaming Laptop Battery Replacement in Thane: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Customers near Upvan Lake in Thane are covered by our free pickup.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Thane. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Thane. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We also serve Thane West, Charai, Balkum, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 400601 postal area in Thane.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Acer Aspire Gaming Laptop Battery Replacement work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Trusted by customers throughout Thane — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Thane, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers across Thane (400601) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Thane, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Our service covers the full 400601 postal area in Thane.

Acer Aspire Repair in Thane — Xigox
Most Thane repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Aspire models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Upvan Lake, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Aspire gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Thane; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Aspire.

How it's done
How We Perform Gaming Laptop Battery Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A battery matched to your exact model number, since even visually similar packs can have different voltage or connector pinouts.
- A genuine capacity test before and after, so you can see the actual improvement rather than just trusting a "new" label.
- 90-day warranty coverage specifically on the cell itself.
3 When You Need This
- Battery percentage drops unusually fast, or the laptop shuts down suddenly well above 0%.
- The laptop only turns on while plugged in, even with a battery installed.
- The battery compartment or trackpad area feels swollen or raised — this needs attention quickly, not just eventually.
