10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Shanti Nagar repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Aspire — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mira Road Station, our service coverage extends across Shanti Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Shanti Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naya Nagar, Mira Bhayandar, Hatkesh Society and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Aspire gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Shanti Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Aspire does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we first confirm the fault is hardware (not a driver or settings issue) by testing the touchpad in BIOS/firmware, where OS-level drivers play no role — then open the palm rest, disconnect the touchpad's ribbon cable, and fit a replacement unit matched to your exact chassis.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
