Who repairs your device
Your Acer Aspire is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Pydhonie repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Aspire — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kalbadevi, our service coverage extends across Pydhonie and all surrounding localities. In addition to Pydhonie, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mohammed Ali Road, Bhendi Bazaar, Null Bazaar and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Aspire gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Pydhonie; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Aspire does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Water spillage is the #1 reason for keyboard failure on Acer laptops in Pydhonie. Even a small splash causes corrosion under the keycaps. Our technicians remove and clean the keyboard membrane, replace individual switches or the full deck. Keyboard replacements in Pydhonie take 2–4 hours.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Acer. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Following a professional repair in Pydhonie, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every repair in Pydhonie to document the improvement.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Pydhonie book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, whether it is one laptop or an office fleet. When you choose Xigox for this issue in Pydhonie, you get the same service and warranty as every other customer.
Getting your Acer fixed in Pydhonie is incredibly simple. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Pydhonie doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, the repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Acer is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Your Acer model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Pydhonie is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with the repair.
Businesses across Pydhonie trust our issue to maintain productivity. We offer AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Pydhonie workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Dropped water on your Acer? Liquid damage is one of the most common reasons for emergency repair in Pydhonie. The golden rule: do not turn it on! Call Xigox immediately. Our workshop uses advanced drying tools to clean the motherboard at the component level. Our recovery rate is exceptional in the industry. For customers in Pydhonie, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, a transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed repair.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Pydhonie, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Pydhonie.
Not everyone in Pydhonie can handle complex this job. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Acer hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Pydhonie clients.
