Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Jogeshwari West. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Lower Oshiwara, Gamdevi, Oshiwara and surrounding areas.

We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Keyboard Not Working
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- The keyboard works but the backlight does not, or only part of it lights up.
- Typing produces the wrong characters consistently — a sign of a damaged key matrix, not a software issue.
