Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Pydhonie. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. We also serve Mohammed Ali Road, Bhendi Bazaar, Null Bazaar, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers near Kalbadevi in Pydhonie get our fastest response times.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Pydhonie. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Pydhonie (400003) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Acer Aspire Laptop Keyboard Not Working work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers across Pydhonie (400003) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Pydhonie, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Customers near Kalbadevi in Pydhonie get our fastest response times.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Keyboard Not Working
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- The keyboard works but the backlight does not, or only part of it lights up.
- Typing produces the wrong characters consistently — a sign of a damaged key matrix, not a software issue.
