We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. Customers across Chinchpokli (400011) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.

Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Aspire — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. How it's done
How We Perform Keyboard Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- One or more keys are unresponsive, sticky, or register double-presses.
- Liquid has been spilled on the keyboard, even if it seems to be working normally right now.
- Keys are physically missing, cracked, or the keycap mechanism (scissor switch) is broken.
