Who repairs your device
Your Acer Aspire is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Jacob Circle repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Aspire models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Jacob Circle Market, our service coverage extends across Jacob Circle and all surrounding localities. In addition to Jacob Circle, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Saat Rasta, Byculla, Agripada and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Jacob Circle. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Aspire.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Acer keyboard backlight issues are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. For Acer Aspire Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Jacob Circle specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Aspire Laptop Keyboard Replacement.
High-quality repair doesn't have to be expensive in Jacob Circle. By optimizing our repair processes, we offer savings of up to half the cost compared to official repair outlets. You get the same OEM components for your Acer, without the massive markup. Request a price estimate for the repair in Jacob Circle today.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. Accidentally spilled liquid on your Acer? Liquid damage is one of the most common reasons for emergency repair in Jacob Circle. The golden rule: keep the Acer powered off! Call Xigox immediately. Our workshop uses ultrasonic cleaners to extract moisture at the component level. Our recovery rate is exceptional in the industry. In Jacob Circle, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished job — parts and labour both.
