Who repairs your device
Your Acer Aspire is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Naya Nagar repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Aspire — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mira Road Station, our service coverage extends across Naya Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Naya Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Shanti Nagar, Sheetal Nagar, Poonam Sagar and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Aspire gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Naya Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Aspire leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A liquid spill is the most common cause for keyboard failure on Acer laptops in Naya Nagar. Even a drop of tea or water can short-circuit key sensors beneath the membrane. Our technicians clean and dry the keyboard layer, fix individual keys or swap the full keyboard.
