Who repairs your device
Your Acer Aspire is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Asalpha repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Aspire architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Acer parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Acer Aspire fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400070 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Asalpha Village, our service coverage extends across Asalpha and all surrounding localities. In addition to Asalpha, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Ghatkopar East, Ghatkopar, Ghatkopar West and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Aspire gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Asalpha; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Aspire leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. The thermal compounds Xigox uses in Asalpha outperform the factory paste that shipped with your Acer. Our Asalpha Acer Aspire Liquid Cooling Setup never uses cheap grey-market thermal paste — with before and after CPU temperature readings included.
There are many repair shops in Asalpha, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Asalpha.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Asalpha customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Asalpha.

Many Asalpha customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Your job doesn't end when the Acer is returned. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. When should you consider it's time for this job on your Acer? Watch for: unexpected shutdowns, excessive heat, lagging response, strange noises, battery draining fast, or display issues.
