Xigox is Shanti Nagar's leading independent specialist for Acer Laptop repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mira Road Station, our service coverage extends across Shanti Nagar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Shanti Nagar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naya Nagar, Mira Bhayandar, Hatkesh Society and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Shanti Nagar; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Gaming Laptop Keyboard Replacement, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Gaming Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Shanti Nagar. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Backlit keyboard failures on Acer in Shanti Nagar are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Gaming Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Shanti Nagar — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Gaming Laptop Keyboard Replacement is complete.
