If you are looking for Acer Laptop repair in Parel that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Acer bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Acer boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Acer Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Gateway Keyboard Replacement is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Gateway Keyboard Replacement in Parel. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Worth knowing for this repair: Often has soldered RAM given its thin profile — confirm the specific model before assuming an upgrade is possible.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
