Xigox is Vasai East's leading independent specialist for Acer Nitro repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Nitro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401209 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Manickpur, our service coverage extends across Vasai East and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vasai East, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sativali, Evershine City, Pelhar and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Nitro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vasai East; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Nitro.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
The model
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
