Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Kandivali West. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers near Western Express Highway in Kandivali West get our fastest response times.

Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Kandivali West. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. Customers near Western Express Highway in Kandivali West get our fastest response times.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We also serve Poisar, Kandivali, Malwani, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Kandivali West. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. How it's done
How We Perform Keyboard Repair
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- One or more keys are unresponsive, sticky, or register double-presses.
- Liquid has been spilled on the keyboard, even if it seems to be working normally right now.
- Keys are physically missing, cracked, or the keycap mechanism (scissor switch) is broken.
