10 questions answered
Laptop keyboard replacement takes 20-40 minutes. Our technician arrives at your doorstep with the correct keyboard for your laptop brand and model.
Yes! If only a few keys are damaged, Xigox can replace individual keys starting from ₹350. This is faster and cheaper than full keyboard replacement.
Laptop keyboard replacement at Xigox starts from ₹1,799 for standard keyboards and ₹999 for backlit keyboards. Gaming laptop RGB keyboards range from ₹1,499 to ₹3,499.
We accept all major payment methods for Acer Nitro Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Sarni: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Free pickup also available in Boisar, Pasthal, Navapur Boisar and surrounding areas.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Sarni. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 401501 postal area in Sarni.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Customers across Sarni (401501) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Sarni. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We also serve Boisar, Pasthal, Navapur Boisar, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Our service covers the full 401501 postal area in Sarni.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Acer Nitro Laptop Keyboard Replacement work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Sarni, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.

Acer Nitro Repair in Sarni — Xigox
Most Sarni repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Nitro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Nitro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401501 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Boisar East, our service coverage extends across Sarni and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sarni, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Boisar, Pasthal, Navapur Boisar and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Sarni. How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Keyboard Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Confirmation that liquid, if any was spilled, has been fully cleaned from the surrounding area — fitting a new keyboard over residue just causes the same fault again.
- The correct screw set for your chassis, since keyboard retention varies by model (clips vs. screws vs. both).
3 When You Need This
- One or more keys are unresponsive, sticky, or register double-presses.
- Liquid has been spilled on the keyboard, even if it seems to be working normally right now.
- Keys are physically missing, cracked, or the keycap mechanism (scissor switch) is broken.
