Who repairs your device
Your Acer Nitro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gamdevi repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Nitro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Nitro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bhulabhai Desai Road, our service coverage extends across Gamdevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gamdevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Oshiwara, Lokhandwala, Lokhandwala Back Road and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Nitro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Gamdevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Nitro.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. A gaming laptop or creative workstation in Gamdevi stresses the cooling system far more than casual use. Xigox tailors the thermal solution to your use case: premium compound for demanding tasks, fan profile checks included to confirm your Acer holds 70–75°C under full load.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Gamdevi customers value most: "Fast, professional service with fair pricing." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Gamdevi.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Gamdevi, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Gamdevi.
