Who repairs your device
Your Acer Nitro is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Wadala repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Nitro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Nitro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400031 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Wadala Truck Terminal, our service coverage extends across Wadala and all surrounding localities. In addition to Wadala, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Antop Hill, Wadala Road, King Circle and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Wadala. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Acer Nitro leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Dried-out factory thermal paste is one of the most common causes of creeping temperatures on a laptop that is otherwise healthy — we always clean off the old compound fully before applying fresh paste, rather than layering over it.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Laptop overheating is the number-one reason for unexpected shutdowns after 2–3 years. In Wadala, Xigox performs Acer Nitro Laptop Thermal Paste Replacement as a complete cooling system service: fresh premium paste (Kryonaut or Arctic MX-5), heatsink fin deep-cleaning, fan blades cleaned or swapped, and VRAM pads replaced where applicable — all in one visit under 3 hours.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection.
