10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vakola repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400055 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vakola Pipeline Road, our service coverage extends across Vakola and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vakola, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Milan Subway, Santacruz East, Vile Parle East and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vakola; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Laptop No Display Fix, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop No Display Fix in Vakola. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Worth knowing for this repair: High-refresh-rate displays standard across the range.
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Flickering, lines, dim backlight, or complete darkness on your Acer — this is the signal you need Acer Laptop No Display Fix in Vakola. Rather than replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox replaces only the damaged panel — saving you ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary charges. Every replacement screen undergoes full quality checks before delivery.

One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Vakola is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.

Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Vakola, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Vakola.
