Xigox is Cotton Green's leading independent specialist for Acer Predator repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Predator models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400033 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dr. Ambedkar Road, our service coverage extends across Cotton Green and all surrounding localities. In addition to Cotton Green, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sewri, Parel, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Predator gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Cotton Green; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Predator.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we first confirm the camera is actually disabled or faulty at the hardware level (checking Device Manager/System Report for whether the OS even detects it) before opening the bezel, since a large share of "broken webcam" cases are a software permission or driver issue, not hardware at all.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Gaming laptops and PCs demand specialist knowledge — consumer-grade approaches are insufficient for gaming-grade components. In Cotton Green, Xigox's gaming specialists handle Acer Predator Camera Not Working Fix for all major gaming brands: GPU failures, VRM damage, BIOS recovery, and overclocking configuration.
You have options in Cotton Green, but Xigox is the preferred choice for the repair. Our core values include complete transparency. Every repair starts with a detailed hardware check costing just ₹350, refunded if you proceed. No hidden charges — just professional repair in Cotton Green.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Cotton Green is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Cotton Green will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Cotton Green residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Acer. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Every issue completed by Xigox in Cotton Green comes with a documented three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
