Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Papdy repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Predator architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Predator models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401207 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Creek, our service coverage extends across Papdy and all surrounding localities. In addition to Papdy, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kaul Heritage City, Navghar Vasai, Vasai Gaon and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Predator gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Papdy; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Predator does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians check the speaker's voice coil and connector for the specific type of damage present (torn cone, loose wiring, blown coil) and replace only the affected speaker rather than assuming both need swapping.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. GPU artifacting, thermal throttling under load, or a gaming laptop that shuts down mid-match in Papdy — these are specialist-level faults. Xigox's gaming repair team diagnoses GPU failures at the chip level — saving you from unnecessary ₹20,000–₹60,000 GPU or board replacements. For Acer Predator Gaming Laptop No Sound Issue in Papdy specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Predator Gaming Laptop No Sound Issue.
