How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians remove the display assembly to access the hinge brackets directly, replace the worn or cracked hinge mechanism (and the surrounding plastic if it has cracked from stress), and carefully re-route the display cable through the new hinge to avoid pinching it — a common cause of a second fault right after a hinge repair done without care.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model

Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Water spillage is the #1 reason for keyboard failure on Acer laptops in Wadala.
