If you are looking for Acer Predator repair in Lower Parel that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Acer bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Acer boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Acer Predator models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400013 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Raghuvanshi Mills, our service coverage extends across Lower Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lower Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Elphinstone Road, Currey Road, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Lower Parel. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Predator does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we first confirm the fault is hardware (not a driver or settings issue) by testing the touchpad in BIOS/firmware, where OS-level drivers play no role — then open the palm rest, disconnect the touchpad's ribbon cable, and fit a replacement unit matched to your exact chassis.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A broken hinge, stiff lid connector, or trackpad registering phantom clicks on your Acer needs careful disassembly to fix correctly. Xigox engineers use the correct spanner sets and hinge-replacement kits, ensure no secondary damage, and validate every key and trackpad gesture before delivery. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Predator Laptop Gateway Touchpad Replacement in Lower Parel — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Predator Laptop Gateway Touchpad Replacement is complete.
