Who repairs your device
Your Acer Predator is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Chakala repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Predator architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Predator models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400099 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Western Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Chakala and all surrounding localities. In addition to Chakala, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in SEEPZ, Marol, MIDC Andheri and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Chakala. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Predator does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For an upgrade rather than a repair, we run a stress test alongside thermal imaging to confirm whether artifacts or crashes are a genuine GPU fault versus a cooling or driver issue, since those three causes look very similar on the surface but need completely different fixes.
Typical time: 1–4 hours
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Setting up a gaming rig in Chakala requires component knowledge, cable management discipline, and proper BIOS configuration. Xigox offers complete rig assembly and configuration: tailored build advice, clean cable routing, memory performance optimisation, and full load testing before delivery. For Acer Predator GPU Upgrade in Chakala specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Predator GPU Upgrade.
We know you can't stay disconnected in Chakala. We plan this repair for rapid turnaround. For most issues, our technicians finish the repair within hours. We arrange secure collection from your Chakala home or office, execute the repair using precision tools, and deliver it back to you.
Every job performed by Xigox in Chakala comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Your repair doesn't end when the Acer is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual within 90 days of your repair, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Chakala customers choose Xigox again and again.
Businesses across Chakala trust our job to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this job for your Chakala workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house BGA rework station means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Chakala residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
Need your Acer fixed urgently? We provide priority this job in Chakala for critical situations. Whether you have an exam deadline and your Acer just stopped working, our priority service guarantees your Acer is repaired within 4–6 hours. Priority repairs are available 7 days a week in Chakala. Longevity matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Acer. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Your Acer model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Chakala, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking wi-fi connectivity. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Chakala.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Chakala is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
