How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Thermal paste on your Acer starts degrading after 18–24 months of heavy use — causing CPU temperatures to spike by 30–40°C, triggering automatic clock-speed reduction. In Talasari, Xigox's Acer Predator Laptop Liquid Cooling uses Kryonaut, Arctic MX-5 or Noctua NT-H1 and deep-cleans heatsink fins to restore temps to 55–65°C under full load.
