10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Agashi repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Predator architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Predator models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401301 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Agashi Village, our service coverage extends across Agashi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Agashi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Agashi Beach, Global City, Arnala and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Predator gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Agashi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Predator does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we take a full, verified copy of your files (and, where requested, a complete system image) to encrypted external storage or a cloud destination you choose, then spot-check a sample of the copied files to confirm they open correctly — not just that the copy "completed".
Because RAID arrays stripe or mirror data across multiple drives, we work on a byte-for-byte image of each member disk before attempting reconstruction — the original array is never modified until recovery is verified.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on data volume
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Gaming hardware require a different level of expertise — standard repair techniques are inadequate for high-TDP GPUs, dual-channel memory, and advanced cooling. In Agashi, Xigox's gaming specialists handle Acer Predator RAID Configuration for ASUS ROG, MSI, Acer Predator, Lenovo Legion, Alienware, and custom rigs: the full spectrum of gaming hardware faults.
Reliability matters for this repair. That's why our technicians exclusively use original-specification parts for your Acer. Rather than counterfeit components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your repair is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
