How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Gaming laptops and PCs demand specialist knowledge — consumer-grade approaches are insufficient for gaming-grade components. In Orlem, Xigox's gaming specialists handle Alienware m16 Laptop Backlight Repair for all major gaming brands: GPU failures, VRM damage, BIOS recovery, and overclocking configuration.
Traveling across town in Orlem can be a nightmare. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for the repair. Just drop your pin, and our technician will pick up the Alienware from your home or office. After the repair is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Orlem residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
