Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Kandivali West. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We also serve Poisar, Kandivali, Malwani, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Kandivali West. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. We've been serving Mumbai Suburban district for over 15 years.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Alienware m16 Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers across Kandivali West (400067) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- A replacement panel matched to your exact chassis variant — colors, port cutouts, and vent patterns vary even within one model name across regions/years.
- Careful transfer of components that are physically attached to the panel being replaced (speakers, hinges, antenna wires).
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, broken clips, or missing sections on the outer casing.
- A panel that no longer sits flush, creating gaps or pressure points.
- Sharp edges from a break that pose a cut risk during normal handling.
The model
About the Alienware m16
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Key features
- Distinctive industrial design with customizable RGB lighting (AlienFX) across the chassis.
- High-refresh-rate displays (144Hz-360Hz depending on model) genuinely matter for competitive gaming.
- Aggressive, often multi-fan cooling solutions — dust buildup has a more noticeable performance impact than on thinner, less powerful laptops.
- Proprietary charging connectors on some models — always confirm the exact connector before ordering a replacement adapter.
