Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Alienware m16 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

FAQ
FAQs — Alienware m16 Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement in Nana Chowk
Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
The bottom panel protects all internal components — motherboard, RAM, SSD, battery, and fans. A broken bottom panel exposes components to dust, moisture, and physical damage.
Not recommended. Using a laptop without the bottom panel exposes internals to dust, debris, and liquid damage. It also affects cooling airflow and battery safety.
Most Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement jobs are completed within 2-4 hours. Complex repairs may take 24-48 hours depending on parts availability and extent of damage.
Yes, all our Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement services come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and workmanship. We use genuine OEM parts for lasting results.
Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Nana Chowk. Our technician diagnoses your laptop and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. Customers near Bhulabhai Desai Road in Nana Chowk are covered by our free pickup.
We accept all major payment methods for Alienware m16 Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement in Nana Chowk: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Nana Chowk. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers across Nana Chowk (400007) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Nana Chowk. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. We also serve Opera House, Grant Road, Girgaon, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Free pickup also available in Opera House, Grant Road, Girgaon and surrounding areas.

How it's done
How We Perform Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
2 What This Requires
- A replacement panel matched to your exact chassis variant — colors, port cutouts, and vent patterns vary even within one model name across regions/years.
- Careful transfer of components that are physically attached to the panel being replaced (speakers, hinges, antenna wires).
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, broken clips, or missing sections on the outer casing.
- A panel that no longer sits flush, creating gaps or pressure points.
- Sharp edges from a break that pose a cut risk during normal handling.
The model
About the Alienware m16
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Key features
- Distinctive industrial design with customizable RGB lighting (AlienFX) across the chassis.
- High-refresh-rate displays (144Hz-360Hz depending on model) genuinely matter for competitive gaming.
- Aggressive, often multi-fan cooling solutions — dust buildup has a more noticeable performance impact than on thinner, less powerful laptops.
- Proprietary charging connectors on some models — always confirm the exact connector before ordering a replacement adapter.
