10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sion repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m16 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Alienware m16 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Alienware jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Sion. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Alienware work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Alienware m16 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians check the camera module's ribbon cable connection and the physical shutter/privacy switch some models have, before deciding whether the module itself needs replacing.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. GPU issues on gaming hardware in Sion require a very different diagnostic approach. Xigox's gaming specialists use GPU-Z, FurMark, and OCCT to differentiate thermal throttling from silicon failure — avoiding expensive hardware swaps through accurate diagnosis. That's the standard Xigox holds for Alienware m16 Laptop Camera Repair in Sion — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Alienware m16 Laptop Camera Repair is complete.
