How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the display assembly to access the hinge brackets directly, replace the worn or cracked hinge mechanism (and the surrounding plastic if it has cracked from stress), and carefully re-route the display cable through the new hinge to avoid pinching it — a common cause of a second fault right after a hinge repair done without care.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Alienware keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. When it's Alienware m16 Hinge Repair you need in Bandra West, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Alienware m16 Hinge Repair — parts and labour both.
Arranging this job in Bandra West is incredibly hassle-free. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Once you agree, this job is executed with genuine parts — and your Alienware is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Quality matters for this repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Alienware. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Accidentally spilled liquid on your Alienware? Liquid damage is one of the most common reasons for emergency repair in Bandra West. The golden rule: do not turn it on! Call Xigox immediately. Our workshop uses ultrasonic cleaners to extract moisture at the component level. Our recovery rate is exceptional in the industry. In Bandra West, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished job — parts and labour both.
Your Alienware model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
