Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kala Ghoda repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m16 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Alienware m16 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400001 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya, our service coverage extends across Kala Ghoda and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kala Ghoda, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Flora Fountain, Kabutar Khana, Nariman Point and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m16 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kala Ghoda; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Alienware work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Alienware m16 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians remove the top case or keyboard bezel, disconnect the keyboard's ribbon cable from the motherboard, fit a replacement keyboard built for your exact model (not a generic lookalike), and test every single key before closing the chassis.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Alienware keyboard backlight issues are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. That's the standard Xigox holds for Alienware m16 Laptop Keyboard Not Working in Kala Ghoda — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Alienware m16 Laptop Keyboard Not Working is complete.

The biggest frustration about repair shops in Kala Ghoda is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
