How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. VRAM overheating, shader cache corruption, and driver-level GPU faults require a very different diagnostic approach. Xigox's gaming specialists use GPU-Z, FurMark, and OCCT to differentiate thermal throttling from silicon failure — avoiding expensive hardware swaps through accurate diagnosis. For Alienware m16 Laptop New Body Replacement in Parel specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Alienware m16 Laptop New Body Replacement.
