Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m16 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

Xigox is Cotton Green's leading independent specialist for Alienware m16 repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Alienware hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Alienware product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Alienware m16 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400033 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dr. Ambedkar Road, our service coverage extends across Cotton Green and all surrounding localities. In addition to Cotton Green, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sewri, Parel, Lalbaug and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m16 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Cotton Green; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Alienware m16 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)

Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. GPU issues on gaming hardware in Cotton Green require a very different diagnostic approach. That's the standard Xigox holds for Alienware m16 Optical Drive Repair in Cotton Green — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Alienware m16 Optical Drive Repair is complete.
