If you are looking for Alienware m18 repair in Dahisar West that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Alienware bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Alienware boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Parts for Alienware m18 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400068 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Anand Nagar, our service coverage extends across Dahisar West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dahisar West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dahisar, Medtiya Nagar, Mira Village and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m18 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Dahisar West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Alienware work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Alienware m18 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
