If you are looking for Alienware m18 repair in Colaba that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Alienware bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Alienware boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware m18 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400005 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Shahid Bhagat Singh Road, our service coverage extends across Colaba and all surrounding localities. In addition to Colaba, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cuffe Parade, Navy Nagar, Colaba Causeway and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Alienware m18 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.

Xigox handles full custom gaming PC builds: component selection guidance, professional cable management, XMP/EXPO RAM profile configuration, and GPU driver installation and stability testing. For Alienware m18 Laptop Driver Installation in Colaba specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Alienware m18 Laptop Driver Installation.

Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to your Colaba address fully tested.
Arranging this issue in Colaba is incredibly hassle-free. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Colaba doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this issue is executed with genuine parts — and your Alienware is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Alienware is returned in Colaba, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Colaba.
Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Colaba residents seek us out for chip-level issue.
Businesses across Colaba trust our repair to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, priority turnaround, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Colaba workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
While your Alienware is opened for this issue in Colaba, why not take the opportunity to boost its performance. Many of our customers request more RAM during the same visit. This proactive approach reduces future repair costs and can make an old laptop feel brand new. Ask our technician about optimization packages when you book your issue.
Your Alienware model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Your issue doesn't end when the Alienware is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Colaba customers choose Xigox again and again.
