Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m18 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Parel repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m18 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware m18 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400012 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Elphinstone Road, our service coverage extends across Parel and all surrounding localities. In addition to Parel, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Lalbaug, Currey Road, Lower Parel and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m18 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Parel; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Alienware m18 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians remove the display assembly to access the hinge brackets directly, replace the worn or cracked hinge mechanism (and the surrounding plastic if it has cracked from stress), and carefully re-route the display cable through the new hinge to avoid pinching it — a common cause of a second fault right after a hinge repair done without care.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
