10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Gamdevi repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware x16 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Alienware x16 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bhulabhai Desai Road, our service coverage extends across Gamdevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gamdevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Oshiwara, Lokhandwala, Lokhandwala Back Road and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Gamdevi. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Alienware work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Alienware x16 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The Alienware x16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Display replacements are our most-requested service in Gamdevi — our technicians complete hundreds of screen repairs monthly for Alienware owners across Mumbai. Whether it's digitizer failure, Xigox identifies exactly what's failing before ordering any part — Alienware x16 Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement in Gamdevi starts from ₹2,499.
Reliability matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Alienware. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This is how we help your issue stay durable, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Many Alienware problems trace back to software. Our team are equally skilled at diagnosing and fixing virus infections as hardware repair. Whether your Alienware has: a corrupted Windows or macOS installation, a malware infection, blue screens, or boot sector errors. We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
Businesses across Gamdevi trust our issue to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this issue for your Gamdevi workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Your repair doesn't end when the Alienware is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Gamdevi customers choose Xigox again and again.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
