10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sion West repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware x16 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Alienware x16 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion Koliwada, our service coverage extends across Sion West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
