Who repairs your device
Your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

If you are looking for Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 repair in Kandivali that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400067 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Western Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Kandivali and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kandivali, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Poisar, Kandivali West, Kandivali East and other nearby areas.
How your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kandivali; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians disassemble down to board level, inspect every component the liquid reached under magnification for corrosion or shorted traces, clean and dry everything thoroughly, and only then attempt a careful, incremental power-on test rather than a full boot straight away.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
The model
The iMac 27 5K 2019 is the larger, Intel-based 5K iMac generation (2019-2020) — the last iMacs before Apple's move to its own silicon, featuring a more repair-accessible design than the newer 24" models and genuine user-upgradeable RAM via a rear access door.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 Keyboard Liquid Damage more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Kandivali, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 Keyboard Liquid Damage for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Kandivali, it must pass a strict multi-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Kandivali.
