How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
The model
The Mac Mini M2 Pro is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Computer SSD Upgrade in Borivali West: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Your personal data is our top priority during your issue. Customers throughout Borivali West trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the issue, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.

Uncertain about the issue with your Apple? Prior to starting any repair, Xigox performs a thorough diagnostic check. The ₹350 inspection fee, it is 100% refunded if you proceed with the repair. Our technicians in Borivali West will show you the broken part in plain English so you can make an informed decision.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this issue — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Borivali West are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Borivali West, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the repair was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Borivali West.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone.
