10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Vasai Fort repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple MacBook models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 401201 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vasai Fort (Portuguese), our service coverage extends across Vasai Fort and all surrounding localities. In addition to Vasai Fort, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Naigaon West, Umela, Kaul Heritage City and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Vasai Fort; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple MacBook leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we isolate the fault to a specific power stage or IC first (rather than assuming a full board swap is needed), repair or reflow/replace only the failed component using hot-air rework stations, and run full POST and stress tests before considering the job done.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on fault complexity
