How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we determine first whether the system is failing before the OS even loads (pointing to hardware — RAM, drive, motherboard) or fails during Windows/macOS startup itself (pointing to a software/OS corruption cause) — this single distinction decides the entire repair path.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
