Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. MacBook and iMac use proprietary design decisions that make Apple MacBook Laptop Chassis Repair more complex — soldered RAM, T2 chip restrictions, and True Tone display profiles all require Apple-specific training. In Charni Road, Xigox's Apple repair team handles Apple MacBook Laptop Chassis Repair for MacBook Air M1/M2/M3, MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Apple. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Many Charni Road customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. The Xigox after-service team remains reachable 7 days a week, 9 AM–9 PM via WhatsApp or phone. Should any concern arise within 90 days of your repair, simply contact us and a technician is dispatched at no cost. This commitment is why residents in Charni Road return to Xigox.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Charni Road, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Charni Road.
