Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Most Colaba repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. We stock genuine Apple parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Apple MacBook fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a cleaning job rather than a parts replacement, the moment your laptop arrives, we stop any further power-on attempts, fully disassemble it, and clean every affected component with isopropyl alcohol to remove mineral residue and corrosion before it has a chance to keep spreading across circuit traces.
Typical time: 2–24 hours depending on exposure time before being brought in
