10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Umroli Station repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Boisar Road, our service coverage extends across Umroli Station and all surrounding localities. In addition to Umroli Station, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Umroli, Umroli Phata, Chinchani and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Umroli Station. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
