Everything you need to know before booking your repair
10 questions answered
Most repairs completed within 2-6 hours. Complex issues may take 1-2 days. We provide estimated timelines after diagnostic.
Yes, all repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and workmanship.
Costs depend on the specific issue and device. You get a detailed written quote after the ₹350 inspection, which is credited to the repair.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Gaming Laptop Optimization in Golden Nest: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. We've been serving Thane district for over 15 years.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Golden Nest. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 401105 postal area in Golden Nest.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Our service covers the full 401105 postal area in Golden Nest.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Golden Nest. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers near Mira Bhayander Road in Golden Nest are covered by our free pickup.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Free pickup also available in Maxus Mall, Bhayandar West, Indralok and surrounding areas.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Gaming Laptop Optimization work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers near Mira Bhayander Road in Golden Nest are covered by our free pickup.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Golden Nest, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Maxus Mall, Bhayandar West, Indralok and surrounding areas.

How it's done
How We Perform Gaming Laptop Optimization
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run a full diagnostic across the usual real culprits — startup program bloat, a nearly-full or failing hard drive, insufficient RAM for current workload, overheating-driven throttling, and malware — rather than guessing at just one, since slow performance rarely has a single simple cause.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A structured check across the common causes (startup programs, drive health, RAM, temperatures, malware) rather than addressing just one and hoping.
- Before/after benchmarking so the improvement is measurable.
3 When You Need This
- Boot time, app launches, and file operations have all gotten noticeably slower over time.
- The system is fine shortly after a restart but slows down the longer it stays on.
- Fans run loud and performance drops under sustained use — a sign of thermal throttling specifically.
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.

Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description.
