Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Goregaon repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400062 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Aarey Colony, our service coverage extends across Goregaon and all surrounding localities. In addition to Goregaon, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Goregaon West, Goregaon East, Ram Mandir and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Goregaon. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple MacBook.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run a full diagnostic across the usual real culprits — startup program bloat, a nearly-full or failing hard drive, insufficient RAM for current workload, overheating-driven throttling, and malware — rather than guessing at just one, since slow performance rarely has a single simple cause.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Goregaon, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. For Apple MacBook Gaming Laptop Performance Optimization in Goregaon specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Gaming Laptop Performance Optimization.
Businesses across Goregaon trust our repair to keep operations running. We offer bulk repair contracts, guaranteed 4-hour response times, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages the repair for your Goregaon workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Goregaon comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Goregaon? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — the repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to your Goregaon address fully tested.
Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Goregaon customers choose Xigox again and again.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Goregaon trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for the repair — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in Goregaon are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Following a professional issue in Goregaon, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Goregaon to document the improvement.
